Request for Cost Estimate/Documentation: For cost estimates and documentation, please simply send an e-mail to destek@destekpatent.com. You will be responded within one day. In Destek Patent, almost all PBR work is performed on a flat fee basis. Subsequent to filing an application, there will be no further cost to you until a crucial stage is to be taken with the Turkish Patent Institute, for example, an office action response, an opposition received or registration fee request.

• Name, nationality and address of the applicant/breeder, commercial use info, representative infor, variety denomination.. (to be send as an application form in Englis by us)
• Three photos of the variety in color (if available)
• Power of Attorney (notarized)
• Declaration of Assignment of Rights (notarized) (If applicant and breeder are not the same person)
• Plant Variety Description / Technical Examination

• In case DUS tests had been already completed by a PBR Office in a member state of UPOV Convention; Destek Patent will ask it from TTSM in Turkey
• In case of no technical examination therefrom; technical questionnaire and related form obtained from the said PBR Office as originals (i.e. stamped & signed by officer in the Office, including name and duty of the signor; not photocopies)

• Documents in connection with first commercial use

• In case a copy of invoice is to be provided, a declaration; both should be simply signed & stamped, include name & duty of signor

• 7. Priority document (if claimed)
