In Destek Patent, almost all industrial design work is performed on a flat fee basis. Subsequent to filing an application, there will be no further cost to you until a crucial stage is to be taken with the Turkish Patent Institute, for example, an office action response, an opposition received or registration fee request.

Industrial Design Application:
- Name, nationality and address of the applicant.
- Name, nationality and the address of the designer (actual person).
- 12 contrast or drawings of the photographs (Not exceeding 8x8 cm)
- Declaration of assignment of rights simply signed by the applicant if the applicant is not designer. (No legalization required).
- Short description of the design.
- Power of attorney, “simply” signed and sealed by the applicant (no notarization nor legalizatiıon is required);
- If “priority” claimed, date, number and country of priority application
Notes:
- Multiple design application is available for related classes
- Priority document should be filed within a non-extendable period of 3 months from filing date.
Design Renewals:
- Design registration no.
- Power of attorney, simply signed and sealed by the company stamp of the applicant (no notarization nor legalization is required)
Name / Address Changes:
- Design registration no.
- Power of attorney, simply signed and sealed by the company stamp of the applicant (no notarization nor legalizatiıon is required)
- Official document showing the change of name (no notarization nor legalizatiıon is required)
Assignment/Merger Recordals:
- Deed of assignment/merger, signed and stamped by both parties (with apostile),
- Power of attorney by the assignee (notarized)

License Recordals:
- License agreement signed and stamped by both parties (with apostile),
- Power of attorney by the licensee (notarized)
