Request for Cost Estimate/Documentation: For cost estimates and documentation, please simply send an e-mail to destek@destekpatent.com. You will be responded within one day. In Destek Patent, almost all patent work is performed on a flat fee basis. Subsequent to filing an application, there will be no further cost to you until a crucial stage is to be taken with the Turkish Patent Institute, for example, an office action response, an opposition received or registration fee request.

Conventional Patent or Utility Model Application:

• Name, nationality and address of applicant/s & inventor/s
• Description, claims, figures (if any) and abstract (max. 100 words)
• If “priority” claimed, date, number and country of priority application
• A simple explanation about how the application’s right are acquired by the applicant from the inventor/s.

Notes:

• Power of attorney is NOT required
• Priority document should be filed within a non-extendable period of 3 months from filing date.
• Translation of the priority document into Turkish is NOT required but only cover page of which will be translated.

Patent Annuities:

• Patent Application/Registration no.
• Power of attorney, simply signed and sealed by the company stamp of the applicant (no notarization nor legalization is required) provided that Destek Patent will take over the file representation

Name / Address Changes:

• Patent Application/Registration no.
• Official document showing the change (no notarization nor legalizatiıon is required)
• Power of attorney, simply signed and sealed by the company stamp of the applicant (no notarization nor legalizatiıon is required)

Assignment/Merger Recordals:

• Deed of assignment/merger, signed and stamped by both parties (with apostile),
• Power of attorney by the assignee, simply signed and sealed by the company stamp of the assignee (no notarization nor legalizatiıon is required)
