By means of career planning, it is aimed to plan the occupational development and promotions determining the way to achieve at the career targets in the direction of the knowledge, talents, skills and motivations of the company personnel.
For the open positions, the internal resources, that is to say Destek Patent employees, have the priority.
 
In Destek Patent, the promotion has a direct proportion to success. Promotion may be vertical or horizontal. Authority brings the responsibility and wage increase along with itself. In order to climb to the next higher position, it is necessary to have knowledge, skills, experiences and perfections required by the definition of the task.

Performance Evaluation System

Performance Evaluation Plans are conducted twice in a year. The performance evaluation is based on concrete, measurable targets and perfections. In the direction of the company targets defined in the beginning of the year, the employees along with their administrators fix targets for themselves. In the Performance Plan, the targets to be achieved by such person, the perfections to be exhibited achieving such targets and the follow-up method for such issues are articulated and an agreement is concluded. Such targets are followed within the performance period and the necessary amendments and directing are made. At the end of the period, it is measured how the Performance Plans were realized and the performance levels are determined. Performance level of the employees enables them to be candidate for various positions in the framework of their personal career plans and has influence on their wages. Such measurement becomes a reference for the performance plans of next period.

Education

With the faith that the most important fact influencing on the quality in terms of achieving the clients' satisfaction is the education, the company personnel is subjected to various educations. The educational activities carried out are:

- Internal educations,
- Orientation education applied on the personnel newly began to work,
- Rotation educations in order to teach the works in the other departments,
- Development educations in the company, out of the company and abroad, which educations were prepared considering the individual qualifications and development needs.

Waging Policy and Premium System

Waging is based on performance and expertise basically. Wage increases are made considering their

  • contributions of the employees into the company's targets,
  • efforts to develop themselves,
  • tasks,
  • sector averages,
  • the inflation ratios.

Social Rights and Benefits

It is important to speak foreign languages in Destek Patent. Therefore, the personnel who attended a language course and who proved his/her success at the end of the course is given educational support.

Furthermore, the employees are given birth, death and marriage aids. For lunches, monthly meal receipts are given to branch offices. The employees of General Directorate eat in the dining hall in the headquarters.

The transportation to the headquarters of the General Directorate is ensured with services. Fare aids are given for the employees in the branch offices.

Furthermore the personnel in certain positions are given a company vehicle and cell phones.
